Gilda’s Club South Jersey has quite an extensive Grief Support program:

Understanding Loss – A weekly, facilitated group for members who have lost a loved one to cancer.  Participate in this psycho-educational serieis before attending the Living with Loss support group.

Living with Loss – Facilitated, weekly support group for members who have lost a loved one to cancer.

Living Beyond Loss - Weekly group for members who have attended the Living with Loss group & are moving forward in their grief work.  Transitions meeting with Program Director required before participating.

Noogie Night- Grief Busters! - Noogie Night- "Grief Busters"- creative support for Noogieland members while parents/caregivers attend a clubhouse group or activity.  (ages 3yrs – 12yrs)

Widowed Persons Group - Facilitated, monthly group for members who have lost a spouse or partner to cancer.

Parents Living with Loss - Facilitated, monthly group for members who have lost a child from cancer.

Teens & Young Adults Living with Loss - A monthly, facilitated group for any teen or young adult who has lost a loved one to cancer.

Exploring Your Grief: 8 week guided support program run by an experienced LCSW. Hearts and Crafts Grief Counseling: a non profit that has provided professional group and/or individual grief counseling services for children, teens and adults for the past 16 years in Ramsey NJ.   Day time spousal bereavement is a spousal loss group for those 55 and older.  Meetings are the 4th Wed of each month from 10-11:15. 
   Evening adult bereavement is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7-8:15.
 
 Children's Bereavement: is a program in which kids are given the opportunity to express themselves through peer interaction, play therapy techniques and other modalities. Groups run concurrently for the parents/caregivers. Meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM.

Offers support to members while working through the changes in their lives by sharing their stories in a faith community. Guest speakers, phone help, literature, prayer and music.
